I’m a picture book junkie, and I don’t throw around these adjectives lightly… the illustrator was obviously heavily influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites, and in particular by Edward Burne-Jones.
Orpheus and Eurydice
As everyone else is also reporting today, the US Department of Veterans Affairs has officially added the pentacle to the list of allowable gravestone marker symbols. Many kudos are due to Circle Sanctuary and all who helped correct this inequity.

I am struggling to finish a sermon for this Sunday’s Earth Day service at my UU church; if I have a minute and something quick to say I may post, but I promise nothing.
