I have turned on full comment moderation for the moment, to see if I can capture the comments that Akismet is deleting and determine exactly what’s going on. If it doesn’t work in a day or two I’ll turn it back off, as I don’t really want to moderate comments unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I notice that Akismet (WordPress’ built-in spam blocker) has blocked a *lot* of messages this week; I’m hoping that none of them were actual comments.
