Traveling this week

On business; unsure how much time I will have for blogging. I do plan to put up at least one post before the weekend.

Nikolaos M. over at Tropaion has just posted Youtube links to a very interesting Ancient Discoveries episode on Hellenistic temple machineries; as a major non-electronic technology buff (who doesn’t have cable) , I was all over this like tzadziki on a falafel sandwich.

I freely admit this falls under the category of “Hellenic kitsch”…

I usually enjoy reading the page where WordPress tells me what search terms were used when people found me, but I’m noticing a disturbing mini-trend - in the past two days, I’ve been found via “pagan cat sacrifice” and “pagan goat sacrifice”. If this keeps up I’m going to get concerned…
