Another half-step forward for religious equality

As everyone else is also reporting today, the US Department of Veterans Affairs has officially added the pentacle to the list of allowable gravestone marker symbols. Many kudos are due to Circle Sanctuary and all who helped correct this inequity.

    I was so happy to see this case finally resolved. My husband served in the Marines and while he prefers the idea of being scattered, I am pleased to know that he can have a pentacle on a military memorial if he so chooses.
